Why I'm building Enamly
I ran a dental practice that scaled to $1.3M in revenue in its first year. Every month, I watched calls go unanswered because my front desk was with a patient, on another line, or out the door for the night. Every one of those missed calls was a patient looking for care. Statistically, most of them never called back.
I tried every answering service I could find. Human services lost the tone of my practice. Voicemail lost the patient. Existing "AI receptionists" sounded like chatbots reading off a script. None of them could book directly into my PMS.
In April 2025, I sold the practice to go all-in on solving this problem. Enamly is the AI receptionist I wished I had when I was practicing. One that answers every call in your voice, books into your PMS live, and handles after-hours emergencies with the same triage you would want from your best front-desk lead.
