Paid features:
Subscription billing is handled by third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe).
Enamly does not store full payment card details.
Refunds and billing policies follow our payment provider and any written agreements.
You agree not to:
Reverse‑engineer or attempt to extract source code.
Interfere with security features.
Scrape or harvest data without permission.
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts.
Misuse the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
The Service is provided “as is”, with no warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.

Losses related to profits, revenue, data, or practice operations
Any damages beyond the amount paid (if any) in the previous 3 monthsUpload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts.
Enamly may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that impacts system integrity or community safety.
You may discontinue use at any time.
Sections that reasonably survive termination (e.g., liability limits, indemnification) will continue to apply.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enamly, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Legal disputes will be resolved under Delaware jurisdiction.
