1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Enamly website (enamly.ai), joining our waitlist, participating in our Telegram community, or using any part of the Enamly early‑access or beta product (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old.
If you represent a dental practice, you confirm you have authority to act on behalf of that practice.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep account details secure.
3. Information & Content You Provide
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Enamly a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to process that data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
You agree not to submit anything unlawful, harmful, infringing, or otherwise in violation of others’ rights.
4. Telegram Community Participation
Our Telegram community is governed by these Terms and Telegram’s own policies.
We may moderate, remove content, or revoke access for any violations or disruptive behavior.
Participation is voluntary and may be limited or terminated at any time.
5. Early Access, Pilot Programs & Paid Features
During early access:
Some features may be experimental or incomplete.
Functionality may change, be improved, or be removed.
Your feedback may be used by Enamly without compensation.
Paid features:
Subscription billing is handled by third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe).
Enamly does not store full payment card details.
Refunds and billing policies follow our payment provider and any written agreements.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse‑engineer or attempt to extract source code.
Interfere with security features.
Scrape or harvest data without permission.
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts.
Misuse the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”, with no warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Enamly is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
Losses related to profits, revenue, data, or practice operations
Any damages beyond the amount paid (if any) in the previous 3 monthsUpload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts.
9. Termination
Enamly may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that impacts system integrity or community safety.
You may discontinue use at any time.
Sections that reasonably survive termination (e.g., liability limits, indemnification) will continue to apply.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enamly, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of:

Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
Content or data you submit
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Legal disputes will be resolved under Delaware jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If material updates occur, we will provide notice through the website or email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
