Privacy Policy

Who we are

Enamly, Inc. ("Enamly," "we," "us") is building an AI receptionist co‑pilot for dental practices. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, participate in our community, or use our product (as early access evolves).

Information we collect

1. Waitlist & contact information

If you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect:

  • Your email address

  • Optional details you choose to provide (name, practice name, role, phone)

This information is used solely to manage the waitlist, communicate updates, and schedule early-access onboarding.

2. Community participation

If you join our Telegram community, your participation is governed by that platform’s own policies. We may see your display name, messages, and interactions within our official group.

3. Product data (during pilot & after launch)

As we roll out early versions of Enamly, we may collect and process:

  • Basic profile and practice information (name, practice, contact details)

  • Call interaction details (reason for call, call status, AI responses, booking outcomes)

  • Appointment scheduling information (requested times, confirmations, task creation)

  • System logs and usage events needed to operate the service

  • Optional files or information provided for onboarding (e.g., scripts, preferences)

Protected Health Information (PHI):

If your practice shares PHI through Enamly during early access, it is processed and stored in a HIPAA-aligned manner using secure, encrypted infrastructure.

As our product evolves, these details may be updated.

4. Payments (future)

If you subscribe to Enamly, payments will be processed through a third-party provider such as Stripe. We do not store full card details—only limited transaction records (e.g., payment status).
